Job Description IdentificationJob Title: KBS Site ManagerDepartment: Janitorial OperationsFLSA: Full Time/ExemptMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBKBS Site Managers, reporting directly to SVP of Operations, servicing client sites are expected to provide an excellent experience to our customers and our KBS employees. This position is responsible for all operational, fiscal financial and labor planning aspects including budgeting and workforce management, driving efficiencies and cost savings; setting clear goals and objectives for quality of services, operational productivity, and employee safety with a \"Consider it done\" innovative approach. The Site Manager is required to work nights, weekends and/or holidays. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Experience RequiredExperience in janitorial operations strongly preferredMinimum 5 years of supervisory and leadership experience in distribution centersEffective verbal and written communication skills computer literateSkilled in critical thinking with ability to multitask and balance strategy and executionAbility to manage change and use good judgement in a fast paced environmentExceptional relationship management and ability to build rapport with customersExperienced with application of human resources process and procedures, including full staffing lifecycle, interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminationsMust successfully pass KBS background check and have a valid Driver's LicenseMust be able to walk/stand for a period of 10-12 hours in an environment of variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variationsHigh school diploma or equivalentKey CompetenciesProblem Solving, Interpersonal, Teamwork, Decision Making, Change Management, Delegation, Business Acumen, Cost Consciousness, Organizational Support, Adaptability, Initiative, Good Judgement, Planning/Organizing, Self-Motivated and Innovative.Physical DemandsMust be able to lift at least 50lbs. stoop, balance, climb, kneel, crawl, bend, or reach and walk/stand for a period of 8-12 hours in an environment of variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variationKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for operational financial budget, labor planning and cost optimizationProvides direct supervision of assigned janitorial operations personnelEnsures proper training for all personnel in their respective positionsMeasures performance, provides feedback and develops staff setting clear expectations ensuring employee safety is a priority committing to timely incident reporting proceduresCollaborates with team to ensure coordination and successful execution of daily operations, resolving deficiencies in a timely mannerMaintains coverage for all 3 shifts by coordinating and collaborating with shift leads confirming daily schedulesMaintains compliance with all company policies and procedures and issues disciplinary actions where neededImplements company use of machinery and safety programsManages chemicals and supply inventory ensures employee safety and use of proper PPEOther tasks and projects deemed reasonable and reasonably requested by customer and/or KBS leadership teamResponsible ForJanitorial Operations Team:Shift LeadsCrew Members#ZR
