Manager, Connected Commerce Functional ArchitectResponsibilities:Ability to work with clients to understand the business needs and functional requirements of enabling a Seamless Commerce capability across the operating model, including process, technology and peopleAbility to work across multiple client functions to identify and develop recommendations in order to effect the change needed to achieve a Seamless Commerce capabilityEstablish client value propositions that tie business metrics and C-Level Executive focus areas directly to operational business improvements and customer outcomesProvide oversight of highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle and help ensure timely execution of project deliverablesAssist with proposal development and other new business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executivesParticipate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offeringsQualifications:A minimum of 7 years of experience in a B2B and/or B2C digital commerce or related function with at least 5 years in a professional services firmBachelors degree in technology, engineering, operations or a related field from an accredited college/university; MBA from an accredited college/university preferredFunctional knowledge of commerce-oriented business processes such as ecommerce, marketing, distribution and fulfillment, order management, payments, pricing and promotions, and analytics.Working knowledge of technology solutions for the above, including exposure to at least two ecommerce platforms, CRM tools, and order management solutions.Excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical, written and verbal communication, client presence, client relationship development, facilitation, and presentation skillsTravel may be up to 80-100%Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the futureSDL2017
